We are excited to announce that the 80^th General Meeting of the European Council of Civil Engineers will be held from 20^th to 22^nd March 2025 in Funchal, Madeira, hosted by the Ordem dos Engenheiros.

This meeting is particularly significant as 2025 marks the 40^th Anniversary of ECCE. Join us in celebrating four decades of fostering collaboration, advancing the civil engineering profession, and making a meaningful impact across Europe.

• Evening: Gala Dinner

• Morning: Continuation of the 80^th ECCE General Meeting

Venue: Rectorate of University of Madeira (same as above)

• Afternoon: Technical Visit

Accompanying persons' Programme

On Friday, 21 March, a dedicated programme for accompanying persons will include:

• Visit to the Botanical Garden
• Food Tour in Funchal

The tour includes:

• A professional tourist guide
• Transportation for hotel pick-up, transfer to the Botanical Garden, and transportation down to Funchal for the start of the food tour.

This programme offers a fantastic opportunity to explore the natural beauty and culinary delights of Madeira while participants attend the General Meeting.
